Marel M3000 – Dual line grader for 16 gates

Grader is able to sort production into 16 groups. It also has a batching function.

Equipped with dynamic scales, separator with 8 gates (on the one side), packing tables and out-feeding conveyor under the separator.

The machine is easy to set-up and operate. Equipped with the user-friendly M3000 graphical interface.

M3000 Industrial Controller provides full production control. It also features flexible access control, which prevents unauthorized personnel from changing settings. When needed, the M3000 can also control in-feed and take away systems.

High-quality components to ensure long life and low maintenance. It is quick and easy to put the grader in a washing position that gives access to all parts that need to be cleaned.

Baskets are prepared for batching pre-set weight or quantity. Grader helps to avoid overfilling by using weighing devices in baskets. The scales monitor the actual weight of batch for confirmation or correction and pass this data to the main weight grader computer. Controller adjusts the accumulated piece weight accordingly to the collected weight.

The ready batches are drop to packet or box. Conveyor for evacuation of ready products is placed under the separator
