This is the high efficient filleting machine developed for accurate and precise fish processing. Suitable for gutted and headed cod, saith, haddock and hake. Average size of fish 35 – 70 cm. The pair of circular knives are arranged so as to achieve a good yield within the processing range of this machine even without the use of measuring and control equipment.
We are recommended also Baader 417 heading machine and Baader 51 for complete filleting lines.
