This filleting machine designed for processing fish with the weight between 1 and 5 kilograms. Used to fillet bighead carp and suitable to process tilapia, bass, trout, and pike as well.

Capacity of processing up to 1200 kilograms per hour.

Easy to use, does not require special knowledge. Setting up the machine will not cause problems. The design is so practical that malfunctions occur in very rare cases. The machine is made of stainless steel and food grade plastic. The rotating knives are made of special steel, are very durable and have good cutting qualities. The slight overall weight and moving wheels make it possible to move the machine freely even during fish processing.
