Baader 444 – Heading and gutting machine for whitefish and yellowtail tuna

The machine designed for de-heading and gutting of cod, saith, haddock and yellowtail tuna

Capacity: 15-32 fish per minute  

An operator feeds a fish back forward and head to the right into feeding device of a drum and fixed by clamps. Grills device goes down to fish and makes a cut. Shoulder bones do not damage during the cut operation. The drum moves a fish to a knife for trimming a fish belly. Circle knife goes along the shoulder bones and separates it and a membrane from the back bone. After that, during the drum rotation the machine provides cutting of a head.  

Then a fish move for the gutting operation – crescent knife opens it, and trimming tools removes a viscera from a belly and during the drum movement an offal separates from the fish. At finish clamps open and a fish falls down.
